Reconfigure ini files to match the default system that I'd like to use for future papers. Notable changes include a 3 level cache hierarchy, a bug fix in the main memory bandwidth and narrowing of the machine. --HG-- extra : convert_revision : db0da82b0adaa5fa3413354e6d36bff9e3bd37dc
