config: Set PARANOID_NETWORK and NET_ACTIVITY_STATS as default ANDROID While ANDROID_PARNOID_NETWORK and NET_ACTIVITY_STATS should default to yes for Android devices, they aren't completely appropriate as a default y option in non-android enviornments.
