HID: fix HIDIOCGRDESC memory access in hidraw

Fix bogus copying of data into userspace when HIDIOCGRDESC is issued.
HID-transport layer makes sure that dev->hid->rdesc is not larger than
HID_MAX_DESCRIPTOR_SIZE.
