  "message": "tcp: adding a per-socket timestamp offset\n\nThis functionality is used for restoring tcp sockets. A tcp timestamp\ndepends on how long a system has been running, so it\u0027s differ for each\nhost. The solution is to set a per-socket offset.\n\nA per-socket offset for a TIME_WAIT socket is inherited from a proper\ntcp socket.\n\ntcp_request_sock doesn\u0027t have a timestamp offset, because the repair\nmode for them are not implemented.\n\nCc: \"David S.
