mem-cache: Encapsulate CacheBlk's srcRequestorId
Encapsulate this variable to facilitate polymorphism.
- requestorId was renamed to _requestorId and was privatized.
- The requestor ID should only be modified on insertion and
invalidation; thus, its setter is not public.
