arch-x86: Adds rdtscp flag to cpuid for X86KvmCPU
The rdtscp instruction is supported by gem5, so the X86KvmCPU
cpuid flags should be updated accordingly. Otherwise, KVM
needlessly crashes upon executing rdtscp.
