config, ruby: connect dma to network DMA Controller was not being connected to the network for the MESI_Three_Level protocol as was being done in the other protocol config files. Without this patch, this protocol segfaults during startup. Committed by: Nilay Vaish <nilay@cs.wisc.edu>
